VU Games has released a new small batch of screenshots snapped from Protoype, their upcoming new IP for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
Prototype’s claim to uniqueness is the ability for the main character, Alex Mercer, to shape-shift in order to gain an upper hand against his enemies. His secret war is set in New York City where there will be ample opportunity for Alex to shift and cause havoc.
What keeps piquing our interest is a fight alongside a tank that keeps popping up in each new batch of screens released. Each successive peek at this assumed pivotal fight shows additional mayhem that looks like a blast to play.
Prototype is due in stores sometime this summer.
