The week Gears of War 2 for Xbox 360 finally ships has arrived and we’ve got a screenshot treat to help amp up your anticipation.
The first few of these high resolution screenshots show the Golden Lander and Golden Hammerburst weapons in all their glory.
There is only one known way to obtain a Golden Hammerburst. You must visit Gamestop Thursday night at midnight and attend a special midnight madness event. At this event you’ll be given a unique one use and done code to unlock the golden gun.
The Golden Lancer will be packaged with the Limited Edition of Gears of War 2 and only be available for use in multiplayer modes.
Other new screens below show Horde Amigos, Horde Mounts, a huge wave of Hordes and split-screen cooperative play during the campaign.
