Developer Replay Studios and indie publisher Gamecock Media Group have released 11 new screenshots and cover art for the upcoming Xbox 360 and PS3 release Velvet Assassin.
The game is loosely based on/inspired by real-life WWII heroine Violette Szabo. Players assume the role of British operative Violette deep within Nazi territory in an attempt to help take down the Third Reich over 12 levels of gameplay.
Replay Studios have modeled locations based on real-life World War II locations where Violette must a combination of brute force and stealth to assassinate targets and sabotage enemy plans. Violette will also experience nightmares which players must successfully escape.
Velvet Assassin is expected in stores this upcoming holiday season.
