Duke Nukem Forever Finally Coming to Consoles and PC in 2011

Hail to the King! After countless years and three Presidents in the White House, 2K Games and Gearbox Software have announced that Duke Nukem Forever will be released on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the PC in calendar year 2011.

To put their reputation where their mouth is, 2K and Gearbox unveiled a fully playable version of Duke Nukem Forever at PAX today for anyone 17 years or over. Plan on getting to PAX super early and waiting in endless lines if you want to get your hands on the Duke this weekend.

2K is teasing Duke will serve up pig cops, alien shrink rays and enormous alien bosses in addition to unprecedented levels of interactivity. What might those levels be? Duke wouldn’t be Duke if he couldn’t shoot hoops, lift weights, read adult magazines, draw crude messages on whiteboards or ogle babes; all features 2K is hinting you’ll be able to partake in. Excited yet?
