‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ Trailer Drops with Joker Dialogue

The first and only full-length trailer for Zack Snyder’s Justice League debuted today ahead of its big HBO Max exclusive premiere next month.

The trailer runs over two minutes in length and is chock full of all-new footage not found in the original Joss Whedon Justice League theatrical cut.

We get our first good look at Darkseid, the film’s main antagonist, as well as his army on presumably Apokolips.

Closing out the trailer is Batman’s nightmare sequence that now includes Jared Leto as the Joker. Joker’s single line of dialogue has already set social media ablaze.

Here’s the new official Zack Snyder’s Justice League synopsis:

“In Zack Snyder’s Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad, and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”

Zack Snyder’s Justice League comes exclusively to HBO Max on Thursday, March 18th with Dolby Atmos audio and Dolby Vision HDR.

Rumors suggest a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray will be available sometime after the HBO Max premiere.
