The Variant aka Sylvie’s plan was revealed and everything went awry on last week’s episode of Marvel’s Disney+ series Loki. Trapped on imminently destroyed Lamentis-1 with their last hope for escape exploding before their eyes, Loki and Sylvie enter Episode 4 straight off a cliffhanger and in need of a miracle rescue.
Episode 4 of Loki will premiere on Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 at approximately midnight PT. It will be available to stream via the Disney Plus app on Internet connected devices, or directly via the Disney Plus website.

Disney+ Subscription
You will need to sign-up for Disney+ at the official website or app to watch Loki as the free trial went away when quarantine ramped-up and subscriptions naturally skyrocketed as a result. Subscribing, even if only for a month, allows you to jump right in and watch as much of Loki and other shows/movies on the platform as you have time for.
The cost for Disney Plus remains one of the cheapest of all streaming services at only $7.99 a month. Subscribers get more than their money’s worth with seemingly endless Star Wars, Pixar, Disney, Marvel and National Geographic content to choose from.
Disney is also offering an option of subscribing for $79.99 a year that drops the price down to $6.67 a month, over a dollar a month less than going month-to-month.
Disney+ Hulu ESPN+ Bundle
There is also a $13.99 a month bundle option that includes Disney+, ESPN+ and the ad-supported version of Hulu. This deal dubbed “Get All Three” is fantastic and many folks have already jumped in with both feet and endless hours of streaming options.
If you already have a Hulu account then you will receive a bill credit for each month that you’re subscribed to the bundle deal.
Look for the Disney+ app to show up on a variety of devices including Xbox and PlayStation gaming consoles; LG, Samsung and Sony TVs, Roku boxes, and Amazon Fire TV boxes and Fire Sticks.
You’ll need to install the latest update to have the Disney+ app appear after registering your Get All Three account.
Loki Episode 4 Preview
The TVA mostly took a backseat last week as Loki forced Sylvie to one of her apocalyptic hideouts on Lamentis-1. Only the device they used to get there was damaged, and Lamentis-1 has a moon about to crash into it that will destroy the entire population.
Loki takes exception to this outcome while Sylvie shows no remorse or empathy. After some libations they’re forced to work together — sort of — in order to escape imminent doom.
One has to think the TVA and Time Keepers will become aware of their whereabouts and quickly reenter the story.
The official description for Loki reads:
“In Marvel Studios’ Loki, the mercurial villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.”
The Loki cast includes Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant.
