The brutal beheading of Missandei by the command of Queen Cersei Lannister dealt yet another blow to Daenerys. In two episodes the Khaleesi has lost her army, a second dragon, and now arguably her closest friend.
The fire is lit for the combined forces of Jon and Daenerys to attack King’s Landing and the Golden Army, and I very much expect that battle to go down in Episode 5.
There’s also the matter of Varys and Tyrion discussing high treason against their queen following her recent decisions. Don’t let the seemingly throwaway line during that discussion about someone taking the Iron Throne who doesn’t necessarily want it fade away. Tyrion fits the description to a tee.
We could also see Arya and The Hound arrive in King’s Landing tonight. If that happens, the destined battle between The Hound and Ser Gregor will finally go down.
