Barry Season 2 Preview
In Season One of Barry, Hader’s title character moved from the Midwest to Los Angeles in order to execute a hit. Upon arrival he found himself drawn to a local theater group of aspiring actors, led by Henry Winkler’s character, and wanted to become one of them.
Despite Barry’s best intentions he’s constantly drawn back into his criminal life. Can Barry ever escape his past and forge a new future? Or is his destiny to strike an even balance between both worlds without letting them violently collide?
Hader and co-creator Alec Berg have been tight-lipped about where Barry Season 2 is headed. Following the dark conclusion to Season 1 in which Barry had to violently act upon being discovered, there must certainly be consequences for his actions.
Season 2 of Barry, like Season 1, consists of 8 episodes total. Each new episode will air on Sunday evenings in the same 10/9c time slot. In two weeks that means it will air immediately following new episodes of Game of Thrones.
