Threezero, the official licensee for 1/6 scale The Walking Dead figures based on AMC’s hit television series, has finally revealed the second figure in the line well over a year after the first figures, Michonne’s Pet zombies, were released. Fans of this previously dormant line will be happy to know that The Walking Dead Threezero Rick Grimes figure based on the likeness of Andrew Lincoln has not only been revealed, but he’s already available for pre-order.
You can tell when Threezero began development on Rick as the figure is based off the character’s appearance in The Walking Dead Season 4. As a refresher, Season 4 is when Rick’s group became separated and most of them finally reunited at once-perceived safe haven anchoring the end of the railroad tracks called Terminus.
The image above is a comparison shot of the Rick Grimes Threezero figure and Andrew Lincoln as Rick from Season 4. It’s not a precise comparison as the light source on the figure is from above and in the show still is from the side.
The Walking Dead Threezero Rick Grimes figure comes with a few accessories including exchangeable hands (two pairs); leather belt and gear; Rick’s signature red handled machete, AKM Assault Rifle and Colt Python .357 revolver.
