Disney and Lucasfilm film want you to know that this is the day. What day? October 30th, 2020, the now confirmed premiere date for The Mandalorian Season 2 on Disney+.
We’ve known The Mandalorian Season 2 was coming in October for a few months now. It’s nice to finally have a precise date to mark on the calendar and obsess over. The Child aka Baby Yoda’s return is imminent.
While a date is a step in the right direction, the first The Mandalorian Season 2 trailer or image remains elusive. Expectations for an August drop have been squashed, so now all we can do is wait for when Lucasfilm and Disney feel the timing is right for their marketing objectives.
Speculatively the odds of the first trailer arriving sometime this month are high. Very high.
