A big new season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch arrives in early 2023 after being delayed from a late September launch. Two episodes debut for the Season 2 premiere that can first be streamed beginning at or around midnight on Wednesday, January 4.

Disney+ Subscription
You will need to sign-up for Disney+ at the official website or app to watch The Bad Batch Season 2, and unfortunately the free trial option is long gone. Subscribing, even if only for a month, allows you to jump right in and watch as much of The Bad Batch Season 2 new episodes, and all of Season 1, along with other shows/movies on the platform as you have time for.

There is also a $12.99 a month “Trio Basic” bundle option with ads that includes Disney+, ESPN+ and the ad-supported version of Hulu, as well as a “Trio Premium” $19.99 a month option that removes all ads.
If you already have a Hulu account then you will receive a bill credit for each month that you’re subscribed to the bundle deal.

The official Disney and Lucasfilm synopsis for The Bad Batch Season 2 reads as follows. “When the new season opens, months have passed since the events on Kamino, and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.”
Starring in The Bad Batch Season 2 are Dee Bradley Baker, Michelle Ang, Rhea Perlman, Noshir Dalal, and newcomer Wanda Sykes.
New episodes of The Bad Batch Season 2 will premiere on subsequent Wednesdays.
