A one-minute long block of new footage from Ninjago: The Island was published on the official LEGO YouTube channel Friday.
The footage is full of visual effects as the ninja navigate choppy stormy seas to reach their mysterious destination, then get hooked up with land vehicles courtesy of P.I.X.A.L. from the Destiny’s Bounty flying at a safe distance.
Per the footage’s name ‘Jungle Chopper and Catamaran‘, this is really a toy commercial disguised as actual footage from the new season.
Either way the footage and sneak peek of what’s to come is neat and sets the stage for the arrival of the first half of Ninjago: The Island in Canada on Sunday, March 7th.
