The Killing is coming back this August after being cancelled by AMC, brought back by AMC, cancelled again, and then given another lease on life by Netflix for a fourth and presumably final season.
The first The Killing Season 4 trailer brings back Linden and Holder for what looks to be their most difficult case yet. At least it will be their quickest as this fourth and final season is only six episodes long.
There’s been a mass killing of a family with the only survivor being a boy who attends an all-boys academy. While they investigate this case, someone goes missing within the Seattle Police Department.
Joining Mireille Enos and Joel Kinneman in The Killing Season 4 is Joan Allen as the head mistress of the all-boys academy.
