Netflix has a new live-action superhero series on the way with a high profile creator behind it.
Jupiter’s Legacy, based on the graphic novels of the same name by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely, will premiere all 8 episodes of its first season May 7th, 2021 on Netflix. It is “an epic superhero drama that spans decades and navigates the complex dynamics of family, power, and loyalty.”
Millar, founder of Millarworld, is best known for Kick-Ass and Kingsman though his comics portfolio runs much deeper.
The cast of Jupiter’s Legacy includes Josh Duhamel, Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels, Elena Kampouris, Andrew Horton, Mike Wade, and Matt Lanter.
Executive producing are Mark Millar, Frank Quitely, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Dan McDermott, Steven S. DeKnight, James Middleton, and Sang Kyu Kim.
