The Flash took a backseat on The CW last week as Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow both rolled out new episodes. Will The Flash return tonight or stay on the sidelines? The answer, unfortunately, is the latter.
Barry Allen, Iris, Cisco, Caitlin, Harrison, Joe and the rest of Team Flash are still enjoying some much needed time off following the last episode’s battle with King Shark from Earth-2. The DCTV Universe series is actually on hiatus for an entire month and will not return with all new episodes until March 22nd. These breaks are normal for a series that runs from September through May with a single season’s worth of content.
When The Flash does return to The CW we’ll be introduced to a new character in Season 2 Episode 13 named Trajectory. This female speedster, whose name is the episode’s title, is up to no good and Central City believes The Flash is the mischievous one zooming around the streets.
Trajectory is played by Allison Page, well known to soap opera fans as Bev Walters on Days of Our Lives. This role will be a nice departure for her, though Trajectory is currently only slated to appear in one episode.
