The HBO hit original series Euphoria finally returns in 2020 with the first of two Christmas Special episodes filmed during the pandemic. In the first titled Trouble Don’t Last Always, also known as Part 1: Rue, we’ll catch up with Rue during the holidays and after the painful parting of ways with Jules in the previous episode.

Season 1’s Colman Domingo will also make at least a cameo appearance, as well as Hunter Schafer as Jules. Though how much screen time either receives remains to be seen.


Catch the first Euphoria Christmas Special episode on Thursday, December 3rd at 12 am PT / 9 pm PT exclusively on HBO Max. It will then premiere on HBO on Sunday, December 6th at 9/8c.
