A wide selection of popular DC Films have been given a longer lease of life on the new HBO Max streaming service.
Just announced are 10 films that will be on HBO Max through December 2020. Previously they would have been dropping off between now and the end of the year.
The DC Films given the extra time on HBO Max are:
- Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, 2016
- Justice League, 2017
- Suicide Squad, 2016
- Superman: The Movie, 1978
- Superman II, 1980
- Superman III, 1983
- Superman IV: The Quest for Peace, 1987
- Superman: Unbound, 2013 (Coming July 1st)
- Watchmen (Movie), 2009 (Coming July 1st)
- Wonder Woman, 2017
It is entirely possible that Warner Bros. will extend some or all of these films into 2021. It all depends on the demand and what else is planned to appear.
