The Doom Patrol is back and ready for more shenanigans and outlandish adventures.
Doom Patrol Season 2 has an official June 25th, 2020 release date on both the HBO Max and DC Universe streaming services.
As you can see via the official HBO Max poster artwork below, the highly dysfunctional family of outcasts will be joined this season by Dorothy Spinner (Abigail Shapiro), the daughter of Niles whose powers pose a threat to the entire planet’s existence.
In the poster art, Dorothy is posed as Alice in an Alice in Wonderland nod to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. That surely cannot be a coincidence.
The subsequent DC Universe poster key art puts Dorothy front-and-center. She’s physically an outcast as well, so it will be interesting to see how she interacts with her new family.
Doom Patrol Season 2 stars Matt Bomer, April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, Joivan Wade, and Timothy Dalton.
