Sony’s last screenshot peek at ‘Warhawk,’ the exclusive PS3 sequel, a month ago focused primarily on multiplayer action that utilizes a variety of ground and air combat machines. We liked the diversity this path brings to the table which should help keep online play fresh but wondered how the air combat was coming along.
This newest batch of screenshots shifts the focus back to air combat, the heart of ‘Warhawk’ and what hopes to be the best use of SIXAXIS controls to-date. Revealed are a number of varying camera angles and ships that trigger pleasant memories of playing ‘Crimson Skies’ on Xbox years ago.
With two batches of screenshots released in a month’s time, Sony may be gearing up to announce a release date in the near future. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned for updates.
