Original article (November 1, 2011): Lionsgate has announced plans to release the 2011 Mixed Martial Arts fighting drama Warrior starring Joel Edgerton (The Thing), Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises), Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon a Time) and Nick Nolte on Blu-ray and DVD December 20.
The Blu-ray edition of Warrior is a combo pack with DVD and a digital copy. Tech specs aren’t yet available, but special features are confirmed to include a gag reel, making-of documentary, enhanced viewing mode, mixed martial arts strategy, deleted scenes, and more.
Warrior on Blu-ray carries an SRP of $39.99. Check out the Warrior Blu-ray cover art below, and look for Amazon to add a pre-order link with pricing in the $37 range in the coming days.
