Earlier today we reported Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announced a special edition of “Underworld: Evolution” for DVD, but failed to announce it for Blu-ray despite hinting at a dual-announcement in the past. We’ve just discovered a Blu-ray version will indeed release day-and-date with the DVD on June 6; however, it will not be labeled a special edition. What, if any, extras are on the ninth Blu-ray title remain to be seen.
What we can tell you is a PCM 5.1 audio track in English and French will be included. We’ll have additional details right here in TheManRoom DVD Zone as they are announced.
