The first full-length trailer for Summit Entertainment’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 hit the web Sunday and the studio’s legal team was yanking it almost as fast as it spread. Now that the trailer has officially debuted during the MTV Movie Awards, we can share it without the threat of legal action.
The trailer runs relatively chronologically with a buildup to Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella’s (Kristen Stewart) wedding including Jacob’s (Taylor Lautner) enraged reaction to receiving the invite. While all seems fine and rosy for the lovebirds, the trailer concludes with Bella realizing she’s pregnant shortly after a vigorous evening of honeymoon sex and declaring “that’s not possible.” Oh, but it is.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 arrives in theaters on November 18. Part 2, which deals with the final confrontation between the Volturi and Cullens, debuts in late 2012.
