Tonight’s new episode of HBO’s True Blood will complete 75 percent of the fourth season. A line has already been drawn between the witches and the vampires, but there are other plotlines beginning to play out as well.
In last week’s episode, Sam confronted Tommy for taking his shape and sleeping with his girlfriend by telling him in so many choice words to never show his face again. Ever. Tommy left, but he might get a shot at redemption.
In this first clip from episode 45 ‘Let’s Get Out of Here,’ Tommy is for some unknown reason working the bar at Merlotte’s. Marcus comes in and sets a showdown day and time for Sam, to which Tommy tells him he’ll pass the message along. It’s an obvious setup for Tommy to shift into Sam and make good by taking out Marcus.
The second clip features depressed Jessica unloading her man problems onto Nan. If you didn’t think Nan was the type to play vampire psychologist, your assessment of her would be on the money.
One of Jessica’s men, Hoyt, gets a visit from Lafayette and Arlene’s baby in the last clip. Only we all know that’s not really Lafayette. It’s hard to imagine this storyline having a happy ending.
