Our friends over at HDAddicts.com have sent over a tip that Paramount Home Entertainment has chosen November 18 as the release date for Tropic Thunder on Blu-ray Disc.
Paramount released Tropic Thunder in theaters on August 13 putting the path to home video at a scant three months. It performed reasonably well theatrically with a domestic gross of $106 million so the rush to video can only be attributed to taking advantage of Black Friday shoppers.
We’ll keep our eyes open for Paramount’s official Tropic Thunder Blu-ray announcement and pass along goodies like disc specs, high resolution cover art and pre-order information when available.
Tropic Thunder on Blu-ray is expected to carry an SRP of $39.99.
