Kevin Costner takes a page out of Liam Neeson’s playbook in McG’s 3 Days to Kill, the 2014 action thriller that as been locked into a May 20 release date on Blu-ray and DVD, and May 13 on Digital HD, by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
In 3 Days to Kill, Costner juggles dealing with his teenage daughter (Hailee Steinfeld) simultaneously with hunting down the world’s most ruthless terrorist after a CIA agent (Amber Heard) coaxes him into doing so. The Relativity film struggled a bit at the box office with just under $36 million in business worldwide, but should find steadier footing on home video.
Fox is presenting 3 Days to Kill on Blu-ray in 2.4:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The Blu-ray edition includes an exclusive extended cut of the film with five additional minutes. Bonus features include:
- The Making of 3 Days To Kill (Blu-ray Exclusive)
- McG’s Method (Blu-ray Exclusive)
