There’s a theme to this batch of images from the next episode of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Unlike the past couple episodes that have taken place either between Woodbury and the prison or within the confines of Woodbury, every one of these images was snapped inside the prison fences.
‘This Sorrowful Life’ is the penultimate episode of Season 3 that will set up the events to transpire in the finale. As Season 2 proved, big things can and will happen before the finale. The Rick and Shane conflict was resolved in the Season 2 penultimate episode. I suspect something major will happen at the prison this Sunday and one of the story threads will be tied up, or one of the characters will be sent packing for good.
Hopefully Merle won’t be offed considering he appears in two of the seven new images which you can view in high resolution by clicking on each below. Sometimes when characters get the spotlight during an episode *cough* Dale *cough*, their end is nigh.
