Online retailer Amazon.com is taking advantage of next Sunday’s return of AMC’s The Walking Dead by featuring the popular zombie apocalypse drama in their Blu-ray Deal of the Week.
From today through next Saturday, February 8, Amazon is selling the first three seasons of The Walking Dead for $71.99, which works out to 64% off the $199.99 list price. The bundle covers all of the currently available seasons of The Walking Dead on Blu-ray, with Season 4 due to be released later this upcoming summer.
In addition, Amazon has also reduced the price for the Seasons 1-3 The Walking Dead DVD bundle to $64.99, or 62% off its $169.98 list price. The Blu-ray bundle is the better deal of the two, though for DVD owners that haven’t upgraded to Blu-ray just yet, the DVD sale isn’t too shabby either.

As a reminder, the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead is set for Sunday, February 9 at 9/8c on AMC, or roughly one week after the Super Bowl. The first episode back from the winter break will see Chandler Riggs as Carl kick some butt according to co-star Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes). You won’t want to miss it.
