The Walking Dead Episode 209 ‘Triggerfinger’ Promo Footage

The Walking Dead Episode 209 Triggerfinger Promo FootageThe second half of The Walking Dead: Season 2 got off with a roll, several bangs, and a lonely “I Love You” in ‘Nebraska.’ The episode was light on moving zombies, but set the stage for a lot of action to come. Stop reading now if you haven’t seen ‘Nebraska’ yet.

When two men walked into the bar Hershel, Rick and Glenn were holed up in to lay out their differences on the line, it appeared as if the core cast might be picking up a couple new potential regulars, especially since one of them was Michael Raymond-James from FX’s Terriers.

Before the group could even share a simple drink, Rick blasted holes in the new shady characters when it became clear they weren’t leaving until they had a chance to stop by Hershel’s farm. Whether Rick did the right thing or not is debatable, but he’ll surely have to deal with the consequences.

Before the men died, one of them said they were part of a larger group. For all we know, that group could be wandering around just outside and immediately initiate a retaliation upon hearing the shots. In fact, I bet that’s exactly what happens.

Below is a promo spot from ‘Triggerfinger’ that clearly shows Rick, Hershel and Glenn under attack while in the bar. We also see Carol stumbling onto Daryl’s little trophy secret, as well as a nasty zombie coming after Lori who appears to be stuck in the car she rolled over.

‘Triggerfinger’ will debut when the final five episodes of The Walking Dead: Season 2 continue this upcoming Sunday on AMC.
