Disney’s latest trailer for The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer is scheduled to arrive at 1pm PST tomorrow, April 18. To help count down the final few hours, two more character posters featuring Depp and Hammer have been released.
It seems like Disney has already shared a decent bounty’s worth of The Lone Ranger footage in the previous trailers and we’re still a little less than three months out from the film’s release. I would expect this latest trailer to be a mix of recycled and new footage, and to also play to one or more of the film’s key plot points.
I have included all six character posters released thus far (and probably the complete set, though that’s unconfirmed) below. They are Johnny Depp as Tonto, Armie Hammer as The Lone Ranger, Helena Bonham Carter as Red, Tom Wilkinson as Latham Cole, Ruth Wilson as Rebecca Reid, and William Fichtner as Butch Cavendish.
The Lone Ranger rides into theaters with high hopes for Disney on July 3.
