By my count, The Silence of the Lambs is the only Hannibal-themed film released on Blu-ray Disc thus far.
On September 15, MGM and Fox will release two of the other films, Hannibal and Manhunter, packaged with The Silence of the Lambs on Blu-ray in The Hannibal Lecter Anthology box set.
The set does not include the prequel film Hannibal Rising whose distribution rights are currently owned by Weinstein/Genius. That film has yet to be made available on Blu-ray.
At this time it appears Hannibal and Manhunter will only be available in the Anthology and will not be released as singles. That could change in the future, but for now the information available does not suggest it.
