‘The Adventures of Baron Munchausen’ Coming to Blu-ray Disc

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced The Adventures of Baron Munchausen will be released April 8 on Blu-ray Disc. The Terry Gilliam directed 1988 film stars John Neville, Eric Idle, and a young Uma Thurman adventuring in the 18th century.

The Adventures of Baron Munchausen will be presented in widescreen 1.85:1 1080p video. Audio specs have not been released by the studio at this time, though we expect to see either Dolby TrueHD 5.1 or PCM 5.1 lossless tracks.

Special features include a Blu-ray exclusive Graphics & Picture Track, along with the following available on standard DVD as well.
