Are you ready for a sequel to Broken Lizard’s Super Troopers? The comedy troupe Broken Lizard is gearing up to deliver one.
This is one of those Twitter news items I saw, meant to pass along and then totally forgot about it. Erik Stolhanske, the only member of Broken Lizard on Twitter, was asked on January 23 if there would be a Super Troopers 2. Erik responded with “Script is finished & is in Pre-Pre-production,” then quickly followed that up with “I mean we’re in to pre-pre-pre-production pre-production… But I’ll let you know when we start actually start pre-production.”
So there you have it. The Super Troopers buffoons are coming back at some point in the hopefully not-too-distant future. If you want Erik and the gang to get a move on then be sure to let him know on Twitter.
