Multiple retailers are reporting MGM Home Entertainment will release Stargate: The Ark of Truth January 13 on Blu-ray Disc.
Ark of Truth is the first SG-1 based feature-length film and wraps up story lines left dangling when the series concluded. Unlike Continuum, released on Blu-ray back in July, Ark of Truth will cater strictly to the SG-1 faithful.
Ark of Truth will be presented in widescreen 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Supplemental featuers are not known at this time.
Stargate: The Ark Of Truth on Blu-ray will carry Fox’s new lower $34.99 SRP that begins in mid-December.
