The inevitable Underworld trilogy Blu-ray set is now a reality with confirmation coming for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment for a day-and-date release timed with Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.
The trilogy and third film will debut on Blu-ray May 12. The original Underworld, Underworld Evolution and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans will be packaged in the trilogy set but contain nothing different than what will be available in the standalone release.
To recap Rise of the Lycans, Sony will present it in 2.35:1 1080p video and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD with the following bonus features.
