A second trailer for Sex and the City 2 has been released that, unlike the first trailer, introduces a sliver of plot.
The sequels sees Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) return two years after the original only to find themselves becoming burnt out from their everyday lives. In an attempt to rejuvenate, the ladies head off on a one-week trip to Abu Dhabi where relaxation and unexpected surprises await.
Sex and the City 2 arrives in theaters on May 27 with high hopes of repeating the original’s over $400 million worldwide box office haul.
