MySpace Movies Trailer Park revealed the first trailer for Final Destination 4, or as New Line is officially calling it, The Final Destination.
Like its predecessors, the fourth film in the ongoing series begins with someone in a groups of 20-something friends having a vision about a soon-to-occur accident — in this case a massive wreck at a stock car race. He saves himself and his friends only to find death seeks them out one-by-one anyways.
The Final Destination is the first film in the series that will be presented in Digital 3D. It won’t take much effort to figure out which death sequences in the trailer take advantage of objects flying towards the camera at high speeds.
The Final Destination in 3D will slam into theaters on August 28.
