Vin Diesel takes the character of Riddick back into the R-rated realm in Riddick, the third film in the series. It is currently unknown when Riddick will be available to own on Blu-ray and DVD, but you can lock in an early pre-order for it now.
Online retailer Amazon.com has begun accepting pre-orders for Riddick on Blu-ray and DVD combo. They have it priced at $23.99 or 31 percent off the $34.98 list price, right in line with where new releases generally fall. It is doubtful that Amazon will adjust the price any lower prior to release.
An official announcement from Universal regarding the Riddick should be just around the corner, and I’ll gladly pass along all the details and cover art once they are released.
