Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has released the full disc specs for their upcoming December 11 catalog Blu-ray Disc titles ‘Rent’ and ‘The Legend of Zorro.’
Rent will be presented in widescreen 1080p video and offer the option of PCM 5.1 or Dolby TrueHD 5.1 lossless audio. Extra features will include:
- Deleted scenes and musical performances
- Commentary by director and select cast members
- Feature-length documentary
- Public service announcements
The Legend of Zorro sheds Sony’s previously favored PCM 5.1 audio option altogether for Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio, and also will be presented in widescreen 1080p video. Its extras will include the following:
- Director and cinematographer commentary
- Deleted scenes w/optional director’s commentary
- Four behind-the-scenes featurettes
- Two multi-angle scene deconstructions
