The first teaser trailer and one-sheet movie poster for Dreamworks’ animated Puss in Boots has dropped and is available below for you to optionally purr at.
Antonio Banderas returns to voice the sword-wielding feline who gets his own standalone film now that the Shrek franchise where he was first introduced has come to a close. Puss in Boots travels back to the kitty’s early swashbuckling days where he’ll team up with Humpty Dumpty (Zach Galifianakis) and Kitty (Salma Hayek) to steal the Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.
This first trailer isn’t anything more than Puss strutting down a street and putting on a show for the townspeople. A first look at Humpty Dumpty, Kitty and Puss’ adversaries will have to wait.
Puss in Boots will swing into theaters everywhere in 2D and 3D on November 4.
