Amazon.com has slashed the price of Fox’s Prison Break: Season One on Blu-ray Disc only a few weeks after a Prison Break: Season Three on Blu-ray pre-orders began.
Previously Amazon was pricing Prison Break: Season One at $59.95, or roughly 30% off the $99.98 list price. This new promotion sees another 30% shaved off list resulting in a final sale price of only $39.95.
Prison Break: Season Three is due in stores on August 26 with a lower list price of $79.98 given the trimmed season due to the writer’s strike. Amazon’s actual price of $55.95 for season three shows how much of a deal the current season one price really is.
Amazon has offered no indication of how long the Prison Break: Season One on Blu-ray sale promotion will last. Our advice is to act now if you’re interested before the price is raised, which Amazon can do at their discretion.
