Update: Cover art has been added below for all three titles.
With Atari set to release the second Chronicles of Riddick videogame in March, Universal is taking advantage of the game’s release to bring back a pair of former HD DVD exclusives in new Blu-ray packages.
Both Pitch Black and its sequel The Chronicles of Riddick will be available March 31 on Blu-ray Disc either individually or together in a two-pack.
Each film will be presented in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, the latter an upgrade over HD DVD. There’s a chance D-BOX Motion Code will be available as well though no confirmation has come from the studio as of yet.
As with the previous HD DVD versions, Pitch Black is receiving a more robust and interactive package than Chronicles of Riddick. The bonus features for each film are laid out as follows.
