Nintendo’s popular 3DS XL portable gaming console will be on sale at Amazon.com today as part of the retailer’s 2013 Black Friday deals week that kicked off last weekend and will run straight through to Cyber Monday.
At 2:10pm EST / 11:10am PST today, Amazon will reduce the price of their red/black and black/black 3DS XL handhelds as a lightning deal. The first color refers to the back side of the unit and the second color to the front facing side with the two screens. Currently each of these is priced at $199, and I would expect Amazon to lower the price at least $20 or $30 to get it down around the $170 price point, if not lower.
As this 3DS XL sale is a lightning deal, if the price drops low enough, buyers will rush in like on the actual Black Friday and snap these things up in a hurry.
