Another new trailer for Warner Bros. The Green Lantern was released on schedule this morning and wastes no time diving into the good stuff.
Much of the first half of the trailer is recycled parts from the WonderCon footage, previous trailer and TV spots, though there is a great shot of what appears to be Parallax turning the giant Green Lantern emblem on Planet Oa into a fiery yellow color.
Once Sinestro and Kilowag put Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds) on his butt during a previously unseen training exercise, the trailer kicks into high gear with all sorts of new stuff and even new characters. We get to see more of Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard) pre-and-post transformation. Parallax gets more screen time. Even Blake Lively as Carol Ferris gets a couple more shots.
