Fox has released Blu-ray Disc cover art for the upcoming MGM title ‘Windtalkers’ due November 28, as well as ‘Rocky’ and ‘Bulletproof Monk’ due on December 5. All three titles will be presented in 1080p video with Lossless DTS-HD Master Audio.
While extra features haven’t been made available yet, a trailers listing for both discs includes four as-of-yet titles: ‘Planet of the Apes (2001),’ ‘Usual Suspects,’ ‘Flyboys’ and ‘Phone Booth.’ We wouldn’t be surprised to see all of these titles on store shelves before New Year’s Eve.
On the “file under rumor” front for now, there’s strong indicators from retailers that ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’ will be available on Blu-ray Disc November 14. This information aligns perfectly with our previous October 2 news article where we spotted X3 on a Blu-ray title listing, so we’re now 99% certain yet another title will be sliding strong into the already crowded pre-PS3 Tuesday. Look for an official X3 announcement any day.
