Michigan students and alumni should be overjoyed to see former Wolverine quarterback Denard Robinson donning the cover of EA Sports’ NCAA Football 14.
Robinson scored the cover via a voting process that included over 125 schools and 5.7 million votes. In other words, the smaller schools never had a chance. Then again, the cover is usually reserved for a big name player.
Following in the footsteps of Madden, NCAA Football 14 will utilize Infinity Engine 2 for the first time and integrate physics-based gameplay for the first time. Other confirmed enhancements include Force Impact to affect hits, stiff-arms and the like; as well as some modifications to the Option offense. Other new features including an overhauled Dynasty mode and introduction of the Ultimate Team are forthcoming in the weeks ahead.
NCAA Football 14 is expected to be available for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 this July.
