Hayao Miyazaki’s Studio Ghibli (Ponyo, Spirited Away) 1984 film Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind is coming to Blu-ray in the form of a combo pack release with DVD on March 8.
This U.S. release will feature a modern English dub and not the original Japanese voice talent. Providing the English voices are Alison Lohman, Patrick Stewart, Uma Thurman, Edward James Olmos, and Shia LaBeouf.
Bonus features on Nausicaa on Blu-ray include The World of Ghibli; Creating Nausicaa; Enter the Lands; Studio Ghibli Trivia Challenge; and Original Japanese Storyboards. DVD bonus features are Behind the Microphone; the Birth Story of Studio Ghibli; and the original TV Trailers.
Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind on Blu-ray carries an SRP of $39.99.
