Martin Scorsese’s Academy Award-nominated Hugo has been given a February 28, 2012 release date by Paramount Home Entertainment on Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD, On Demand and digital download.
Hugo is Scorsese’s first foray into 3D filmmaking and stars a cast including young stars Asa Butterfield and Chloe Grace Moretz, along with Sacha Baron Cohen, Ben Kingsley, Christopher Lee, Ray Winstone and Emily Mortimer. The film is based on the book The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick and earned 11 Academy Award nominations, more than any other film.
The Hugo Blu-ray options include a three-disc Blu-ray 3D version that also includes the Blu-ray 2D, DVD and UltraViolet versions, as well as a Blu-ray and DVD combo pack. Each versions shares the same bonus features as outlined below:
