A new trailer for Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill has prompted online retailer Amazon.com to offer up the excellent Superman Anthology Blu-ray set at a new low price.
The Superman Motion Picture Anthology on Blu-ray is a deluxe eight-disc set that includes the first four Superman films starring Christopher Reeve as well as Bryan Singer’s 2006 reboot Superman Returns. It is important to note that Superman II included in the set is actually the Richard Donner Cut.
The list price on this set is $129.95 and Amazon usually sells it somewhere in the $70 range. For right now, Superman Anthology on Blu-ray is priced at $51.99 which is a full 60 percent off the list price. It is unknown how long this price will stay in effect.
