Sony has sent over the final details and high resolution cover art for Lakeview Terrace, spying its way onto Blu-ray Disc on January 27.
Lakeview Terrace, starring Samuel L Jackson as a police officer with an unhealthy habit of stalking his new next-door neighbor, will be presented in widesreen 2.4:1 1080p video and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio.
Roughly half of the bonus features are short featurettes tucked under a Welcome to Lakeview Terrace section. Odds are there will be a play all option to view them as one complete documentary though this is not confirmed.
