Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass has finally been given an August 3 release date on Blu-ray Disc and DVD after what’s seemed like an eternity since its April theatrical release.
Kick-Ass, based on the Mark Millar comic, stars Aaron Johnson, Mark Strong, Chloë Grace Moretz and Nicolas Cage. It’s blend of violence and nerd pop culture references helped catapult it to a #1 debut at the box office with $19.8 its opening weekend.
